Mad Mosaics - Release, Reframe, Rebuild

Join Skye and Alison for a creative, embodied workshop using mosaic-making to release what no longer serves you, reframe your energy, and rebuild a new story. No prior art experience is required—just a willingness to explore, feel, and create.

Time and Duration

Sunday 1 March 2026, 13:30–16:30 (3 hours). Please arrive on time so the group can begin together.

Location

WindReach, 10 WindReach Lane, Warwick, WK 10, Bermuda. Full parking and workshop-room instructions are provided via email after booking.

What to Expect

• Learn how emotions affect the body and where tension is stored
• Guided tile-smashing activity to channel and release stored tension
• Design and assemble a personal mosaic piece (reframing the energy)
• Space for reflection and intention-setting
• All creative materials (and safe tile-smashing tools) are provided; you may bring your own tiles/plates if preferred
• Leave with a completed mosaic artwork
