The Bermuda Piano Festival is a not-for-profit venture that was launched in 2017 by pianist Alex Tuchman, its Artistic Director, in collaboration with the Bermuda School of Music. The Festival seeks to enrich the lives of music lovers in Bermuda by presenting annual concerts featuring world-class performing artists. It also aims to inspire and support Bermuda’s piano students through free masterclasses and private lessons.

Highlights of our past seasons include centenary tributes to Scott Joplin and Thelonious Monk (2017); Leonard Bernstein at 100 (2018); Masterworks of the Russian Piano Repertoire (2019); Beethoven at 250 (2021); and Rachmaninoff at 150 (2023).

What distinguishes the Festival from others in Bermuda is our focus on the piano and its repertoire of diverse styles and genres. Our performances are free and open to the public, and our masterclasses and private lessons are free of charge and open to piano students of all ages and levels.

The Bermuda Piano Festival is presented in collaboration with the Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art.
