About the Sound Bowls

Crystal singing bowls (quartz) and traditional metal bowls (bronze/brass) produce sustained, resonant tones that can be felt in the body. Quartz has piezoelectric properties, vibrating in a stable, precise way—one reason it’s used in watches and electronics—which practitioners believe enhances sound healing effects. The vibrations may support:

• Balancing energy
• Calming the nervous system
• Promoting relaxation by slowing brain waves and encouraging Theta states

Cancellation Policy

• Sessions begin at 18:00; arrivals after 18:10 are not admitted and are not eligible for refund or reschedule.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled to a future session.
• All classes are non-refundable.
