An intimate evening of cocktails, a four-course dinner, and a private film screening with live Q+A at Marée Lounge, The Loren Hotel (Tucker’s Town, Smith’s Parish). All dinner proceeds support Andrew Stevenson’s ongoing humpback whale research in Bermuda. Tickets are $135 per person.

- Amuse-Bouche: Poached spiny lobster with green asparagus and kimi-su foam
- First Course (N): Char-grilled octopus, chorizo, roasted baby potatoes, radish, romesco
- Second Course (N): Pan-seared lionfish, mussel ravioli, zucchini–pistachio purée, bouillabaisse
- Dessert (GF): “White Cloud” — white chocolate ganache, coconut sorbet, cauliflower & vanilla mousse
