• Mortlach 16y: deep, robust flavors.
• Bowmore 15y: dark and punchy with sherry influence; juicy Corinth raisins, spice, creamy mochaccino, sweet dates.
• Port Charlotte 10y: pronounced peat and smoke, Islay style.

Food pairing

A curated Charcuterie Board is served alongside the flight to complement and contrast the whiskies.
